Only your email
When registration opens, we ask for your email and explicit permission to contact you about Wholeatlas early access. We record the time and version of that consent. We do not ask for your name, location, health conditions or treatment preferences.
The journey choices on the landing page stay in your browser for that visit. They are not sent or stored. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a mailing-list provider on this site.
How a request is handled
Interest requests are stored on the Wholeatlas server and accessible only to its authorized operator. Registering does not verify that you own an email address, create an account, or send an automatic email. A repeated request does not add the address twice.
To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores a keyed, daily-changing representation of the request’s IP address, without storing the raw address or your browser details in the interest database. These entries expire after an hour and are cleaned up within five minutes while the service is running.
Retention and removal
A retention policy will be published before registration opens. No retention period is currently promised.
Once registration opens, you can ask the contact below to remove your interest request. Separately held exports or backups must also be considered when handling a removal request.
