Silent film: a person reviews health information, supplement bottles, and a sample phone screen grouping TCM, supplements and medicine. The screen suggests questions for professional review and says it does not confirm combinations are safe.

TCM and the whole health picture

Your TCM care deserves a complete record

A formula can change from one visit to the next. The ingredient names, amounts, preparation and practitioner’s instructions all belong in the story.

Wholeatlas is being built to keep those details together, with original prescriptions, English and Traditional Chinese, and a history of each course. Bring your supplements and conventional medicines into the same view so your next consultation can begin with better context.

  • Keep the original prescription beside the explanation.
  • Follow ingredient and dose changes across courses.
  • Keep practitioner instructions and your reported use distinct.
  • Prepare questions for your next review.

Your existing routine, understood

Build a routine
you can explain

What is each product for? Are you taking the same ingredient more than once? What changed when you added something new?

Start with the products you already use. Build a clear record of ingredients, actual doses, goals and costs, then bring better questions to a professional review. The aim is a routine that makes sense for you. A simpler routine may be the right outcome.

When your care crosses countries

Help your next clinician pick up the story

When your care crosses countries, the details should travel with you. Prepare a focused summary of your history, current treatments and questions, supported by the original documents.

Keep local prescribing, product availability and travel requirements on the checklist. A care summary helps explain your situation; it does not guarantee a prescription or medicine supply.

Three planned ways to start

Get started your way

We’re designing three ways into Wholeatlas, with your progress carried between them.

01 / CONVERSATION

Talk it through

Tell the assistant what brought you here. Start with a question, a document or a photo. It will help you choose a useful next step and organise the information you provide.

Talk to the assistant · Planned
02 / GUIDED STEPS

Follow a few
simple steps

Choose your goal and work through a guided flow. You’ll see what information is needed and review the result as you go.

03 / YOUR OWN PACE

Explore on
your own

Go straight to Home. Add a record, look around and find the tools you need. Help is there when you want it.

Explore Wholeatlas · Planned

Start with one
useful thing

A prescription you want to understand. Supplements you want to organise. A record you need for tomorrow’s appointment.

Start there. Add more information when it helps. Your health record can grow with you, and you can switch between the assistant, guided steps and Home.

Later stages · Exploring

A simpler routine
beyond the app

We’re working toward a service that connects qualified practitioners, supplement review and dependable preparation and supply. The goal is to help you choose an appropriate routine, put it into practice and review it over time.

We’re also exploring clearly labelled daily supplement sachets for suitable products: less sorting, fewer bottles and a routine that feels more comfortable around family and friends. TCM preparation would follow the practitioner’s instructions, with ingredients and sources recorded.

Practitioner services and physical packs are planned for later stages. Availability will depend on your location and the service offered.

Your questions,

What we’re building, how you can start and what comes later.

What is Wholeatlas?

Wholeatlas is a health app in development, designed to help you organise medical records and understand your current TCM, supplement and medicine regimen. You’ll be able to start with a specific need and build your record over time.

Do I need to upload everything?

The experience is being designed to start with the information needed for your chosen task. That might be one report, a TCM prescription or photos of your supplements. Additional information can come later.

How will the assistant help?

The assistant is intended to help organise information, explain terms and prepare summaries and questions. You’ll review extracted details against their source. It will not independently diagnose, prescribe or change treatment.

Will Wholeatlas tell me what supplements to take?

The initial focus is understanding your existing routine and preparing it for review. Personalised selection and ongoing optimisation with qualified professionals are part of the later service we’re exploring.

Can it check TCM and supplement interactions?

Bringing the complete regimen together is the first step. Professional review requires exact ingredients, doses and relevant health information. Any future interaction support will make its evidence and limitations clear; an unflagged combination will not be labelled safe.

Will my prescription work in another country?

Wholeatlas is being designed to help you prepare records and questions for care abroad. It cannot make a foreign prescription valid or guarantee that a medicine will be available. Local assessment or a new prescription may be needed.

Can I keep a record for my baby?

A dedicated child record is one of our planned journeys. Each person’s history will stay separate, with explicit caregiver access.

When can I use it and what will it cost?

Access will open in stages. You can register your email when early-access registration opens. We’ll explain the available features and any price before you decide to join. This website does not create an account or accept health records.
